A USPS tracking number is included with every transaction. Please keep in mind that the tracking number may cease updating after an order crosses the border.

If your order was damaged in transportation or arrived incorrectly, please write me at [email protected] within 30 days after receipt of your name, order number, and images of the damaged or incorrect things so that I may assist you.

I provide a 30-day money-back guarantee if you contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. Only full-priced items (no sale or clearance items) are eligible for return. 

The consumer must return the merchandise with a tracking number within seven days of claiming a refund. Following receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be provided. The consumer is responsible for the expense of replacing the item for them.

In the event of a return to sender caused by an error on my part (such as the wrong address provided, a package not picked up by a post office, or a package refused by the recipient), you have the option of having your order reshipped to a new address and paying the reshipping fee, or requesting a refund less the shipping fee.
